I would've liked to put zero stars. When we purchased the unit they were so helpful. Viewed it before delivery, gave them a snagging list. Said it would be done. Nothing was done, spent weeks trying, then found out that, there was only 25mm of insulation in the roof we paid for extra. After about 6 months of false promises. We took them to court we won. Then had to go to the high court to get the bailiffs in. Even then they tried not to pay. We got our money. So if your home is faulty take them to court. Even better advice is not to buy off them in the first place.
