I cannot fault this company. Response time was super fast. The information I received was honest and reliable (I sent a bad quality copy and this was the only company from a few companies who quoted me, who asked me to send better quality). The quote price was far more reasonable than other companies who offer certified translations. And the general politeness and courtesy of the employees was amazing (thank you Polina, you were a delight! And Omar for excellent translations of my documents).

Even when I realised that I had forgotten to attach one of the documents, they offered to translate it for free and within minutes.
