I have suffered from Long Covid since picking it up early March 2019. I slumped from being a healthy, highly energetic guy just past my forty-fifth birthday to someone who was totally exhausted with chest pains, brain fog and an array of other weird problems that came and went cyclically. Within a month of my first (zoom) meeting with Jacqui I feel transformed - not yet totally better, but absolutely on the way there. The combination of highly detailed test-based diagnosis with targetted therapies, both physical and mental are making real differences. I came to the LCN as a “last resort” but now feel it should be the only resort for this sort of long term chronic illness. That said, I was impressed that she said that she would refer to a GP if various of my test results became more acute. I am deeply impressed and grateful.

I have had a great experience at the London Clinic of Nutrition with Katherine personally. We worked together to get a good diet plan I was diagnosed with Celiac and Hashimoto’s which I was unaware of and Katherine did an amazing job educating me about the benefits of a ketogenic diet and a calmer lifestyle. I have since introduced both my parents to the clinic and they are working with Helen with dramatic results in health improvement and wellbeing. I do not hesitate to recommend this Clinic they are so knowledgeable and professional. No need to travel to London either you can do the consultations via Zoom.!
