Excellent!! Fantastic location and the apartment is exactly as described. Immaculate condition with every convenience one could wish for. Bedroom has a new orthopaedic mattress which is excellent (very rare to find with short term rentals). Bathroom has power shower, glass screens, heated towel rails and in mint condition. Lounge and kitchen fully equipped, spacious, digital TV .... Could not have asked for anything better. A true 5 star property with 5 star management!!! Would not hesitate to recommend

Stayed with Boateng Homes in London for two weeks late December 2014 into January of this year. Even before we arrived I had the feeling that the team (specifically Jerry) was willing to do anything in their power to make our stay worthwhile. The apartment was in excellent shape and contained everything from a dishwasher to an ironing board. It even had skylights which my wife thought were fantastic. Everything worked as advertised and Jerry was accommodating enough to arrive personally early in the morning in order to facilitate our check in. Any questions I had were handled in a timely manner and I can only say pleasant things about the whole experience. They even refunded our security deposit in a timely manner. Would I stay with them again? Hell yeah!

Thanks to Llyrio for proposing us this apartment. It's in a quiet area, clean and with a fresh style. Internet being important for us as remotely working, this place providing Optic Fiber was clearly a plus as we never faced any issue. We are 10min away from Camden Town underground and only 2 from the canal, which is a perfect location for a nice morning jogging. I highly recommend this place for your next stay in London, We'll be back!

Location location location – that is what this place offers. Shops, supermarket, bus and tube stations are all within a 5 minute walking distance of the apartment. The London attractions are also just a few stops away from the home station. The bathrooms, rooms and living rooms are all furnished to the highest quality and super comfortable. He internet works great and the view from the apartment is very pretty at night. Jerry is a great host and will answer all questions promptly. The apartment is highly recommended as its conveniently located near central London and the rental is cheaper and more affordable than a hotel. All you will have to do is to just move in with your luggage.

We booked an apartment for a 3-month stay starting September 2014. We had a budget dependent on our university and asked for a suitably-priced apartment. In order to guarantee availability during those 3 months, we were asked to pay for the whole stay. We issued a bank transfer and the money was received as expected. Less than one month before actually going there, we were emailed (no phone call, why bother?) saying that the apartment that we had booked 2 months before was unavailable, but that we had other (more expensive) options. I immediately emailed them complaining about the treatment we received, but I got no reply. I emailed again to ask for a full refund, which they accepted, but issued the bank transfer in POUNDS and not in EUROS as we had paid for it. We ended up losing money (roughly 500 euros) in the transaction. I expected a different kind of treatment and service for a company advertising high-quality apartments (I don't doubt they are), because high quality goods should be delivered accordingly. Extremely disappointed.
