This is the worst GP service that I have ever experienced. Government should take strict action against this GP. The receptionists of this GP center are too rude towards patients. They don't bother whether a patient is in a critical condition or even dying. You can get only one answer for every problem which is to call 111. The receptionists here should not be in this novel profession. Basically this GP center doesn't deserve to exist.

New online booking system realy poor. After receiving text from GP to determine test results. There is no option to do that. Phone call, make sure you have 20 - 30 minutes free time.

The receptionist and the administration desk is just useless. They keep the patients on hold for hours for no reason. I have been in other GPs too but none of them behaved with the patients so unprofessionally. Some of those desk ladies even start screaming (like 80's school teachers) to the patients. I am changing my gp for sure now. They are just not working for patients wellbeing. However, this is not related to COVID!! Because ever since I got registered with this GP, the attitude has been the same!! Again, the receptionists there should learn some mannerism before they are taking jobs at the NHS!

Shocking service!! Never experienced such a poor service as I have at this surgery. The receptionist are so unhelpful! This surgery is a waste of NHS funding! Slow to deal with queries and when the finally do deal with it, they deal with it wrong. Was referred to a specialist with the wrong paperwork! Awful service. The one star is even too much. I will be leaving!

Horrible management and reception staff. They are often rude over calls and call waiting times are horrendous. The doctors and nurses are very cordial but the lack of dedicated and qualified admin staff makes this GP an absolute no-go for anyone who values their time.
