James is the ultimate professional. He responds quickly to cries for help and never runs out of patience when explaining the technical bits! Nothing is too much trouble and definitely value for money. I have recommended James to my 80 year old relative and a person with a head injury and James has been able to sort out their tech problems for them with his usual patience. He is also a very nice chap !

I have used James at Our Tech for quite a number of years now. He built my Home PC to a very high standard at a very good price which I still use today. The service still shows the health at 100% which is in my opinion amazing as I use every day for all sort's of web surfing and downloading. I have him service it every year and he has become a very good friend of the family. There have been occasions where I have used his services for advice, Laptop upgrades for my wife and daughters Laptops and repair's, and he even sorted me out a very good refurbished upgraded Laptop at an unbeatable price which I still use to mix music using a controller with Serato Software which demanded a good processor and a high memory. James did a fantastic job in building the a Laptop with more than the necessary minimum requirements. I have peace of mind knowing that I have a first rate technician that keeps all of his knowledge and skills up to date and therefore is always on the ball when it comes to servicing and diagnostics. Well done James. You deserve more than a pat on the back. Dean.

James recently supplied a laptop to replace our (very) old one. The whole process was extremely efficient. James first backed up all our old files and then copied them across to the new laptop; he also set up our home page icons in the same format so everything was very familiar. James provides a good value for money, is very professional and personable and we were extremely pleased with the service he provided.

James has been looking after my computer for many years. It is so comforting to know that he is on call if I ever run into trouble. It's like having an old fashioned doctor who knows you and your computer well, a doctor in whom you have confidence and who is reliable, one who makes house calls, as well as giving advice over the telephone. James even does an annual health check if requested!
