I love to see and buy sustainable products. This store has wide range of ethically / environmentally sourced products and foods.

I found the shop very cramped and the point of sale is confusing. It is difficult to find products, and the horrible canned music simply encouraged me to leave the shop sooner. The staff all seemed miserable, stressed and unfriendly. I enquired about a product but felt my query was an imposition given the monosyllabic response from the staff member. Better staff training is required - and we don't need piped in noise! Been put off shopping here again.

Basically they changed their product range. Almost all of the beloved products I used to buy disappeared.
