I would give normally 5stars as to all T4 I have visited. The bubble tea is really good and not tasting anyhow artificially. I can suggest the Taro Tea with white pearls and pudding. Only really upsetting point on this occasion was that I asked for extra smaller straws for my little kids and the reaction of the T4 representative was not appropriated, friendly or in anyway kind. Like I have asked her to give me something for free, I ordered here and I should have an extra straw without any comments or turning her eyes around. So sorry for deducting 2stars for the level of service.

OH. MY. GOD. Best place in London for boba tea you must try elegant lady rose (tastes like Turkish delight!!!) And if you want a festive drink please try the peppermint AMAZING and so refreshing! These drinks are perfect, you could taste every single flavour and they're not too heavy/ strong. My fave place. They also do a loyalty card

Visited yesterday and tried their taro with soya milk, realised when I got home that they used normal milk instead which I paid extra for. The queuing and waiting system was poorly managed, the staff was absolutely the rudest I have ever met.

The staff were really sweet and helpful with my order considering their menu was so varied. It's not a complex system to order and they had perspex glass up as well as only allowing a few customers in store at any one time so their covid-19 response was satisfyingly safe and gave me some confidence. The taste was great and I loved this new type of drink, will definitely be ordering again and recommending to friends. My order was the pearl milk tea-but with any drink you can specify the size of pearls and the amount of sugar you'd prefer.
