Told that the taxi was where I had been standing, despite me having been at location for 30mins. Poor customer service on calling back
My wife and I used a wheelchair accessible taxi to and from a local wedding. It was raining cats and dogs on first journey and the driver did everything to help keep us dry. Very punctual, first class service, helpful and well mannered drivers on both journeys. Highly recommended for wheelchair users looking for reliable and professional vehicles and drivers. We will be back.
I have had a good experience of Derry Taxis so far. I had to go from point A to point B and it was a good experience. I called for a taxi again about 2 hours later and the taxi’s arrival took a little while longer than expected but it was still a good journey. I imagine the wait was because of where the driver was when I had made the call. Apart from the wait, a good service was provided. The staff, overall, were mannerly and helpful.
