Good efficient staff in store but I needed to speak to someone about my contract and the person I spoke to on the phone was not helpful

Had to use Tesco because of lockdown and our mobile provider was closed. We ordered two phones which they waiting for delivery of and they took our numbers to let us know when they arrived but forgot to do so. However we did get the phones we wanted at a good price and although they couldn't help setting them up they were friendly.
Just had a good deal on sim good price
It's ok the staff are friendly but the phone calls to talk to customer service they hang up even. This tesco number isn't 01782 so it don't work when you got free calls to any network but you need credit on some tesco numbers and the data goes fast.
