I will start off by saying the saleswoman Evie is very sweet and polite, a good charmer. However my son needed a car and his credit is horrible a 7400 car went to 21,000 if financing. I chose to just purchase the vehicle with no financing and she took the vehicle from 7400 to 10,500. Let's do the math 15 transfer fee, 46.00 registration fee, 47 county district fee, 20 smog abatement, 7.00 owner responsibility fee, 24 CHP fee and 703 taxes at 9.5% which is an additional 862. 74008628262 So it appears 2,238 is their dealer fee. Then there was no negotiating with her because the car had 1 owner like the car was not just purchased at an auction for 3000 or less. I went to a real dealership and found a 1 owner vehicle in better condition for a cheaper price and the taxes and all totaled 942. Greed is not the way people. This is one of those lots that will take advantage of those with poor credit. Keep looking don't stop here.

My boyfriend and I went to look at a car Dapper's had for sale. I was very interested in one vehicle they had but after calculating the \out the door\ price I realized they had a mandatory warranty fee of 1500. I've never heard of the extended warranty being mandatory, it's usually an option they give you at the dealership. We didn't want the extended warranty so we ended up purchasing our car from someone else. If you are looking for a new car and plan on purchasing an extended warranty then this may be an option for you but for us it was a deal breaker.

Bought my car from them a few weeks ago and am very happy w/ it. The service was great from the very beginning when I first inquired on an ad for the car. Elvira called me, answered all my questions and was super polite & easy to work with when I went to go buy it. She also followed up when I had a couple questions afterward. Highly recommend this place if you're in the LA area!
