Do not go if you have to ask question about any product. The man(probably the owner) doesn't like questions. Was very rude to me and my wife.

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Everyone in the shop are considerate, asking if they could offer help or advice on their products. Smiling and cheerful characters gave me lots of joy while I was in the shop, hence I ended up purchasing few things for my kitchen! Thank you!

This is the best store on Loughton high street. I travelled from Ilford to buy some disinfectant pray today and they did not disappoint me. Excellent service.
