Best napolitan pizza in Ticino!

One of the best pizzas I ever experienced. They import the buffalo and water from Napoli for an extra edge. This pizza is a notch above the competitors. Super friendly yet efficient staff. Located just next to the lake of Lugano it is hard to find a parking space.

We arrived at the restaurant at 8pm and it took circa 10 minutes for anyone to come and even greet us. Then , after asking if we had booked, they showed us into a table in a hot and smelly room. They took forever to bring the menu and did not take our order for at least 10 minutes, even though we had said from the beginning we were ready to order. As if it wasn't enough having to wait to be served( and the restaurant was not packed) , they were not friendly at all, leaving us with the impression they were doing us a favour. We waited until 9:08, when l really couldn't take it anymore and complained to the \capo\ that we had been waiting for more than 40 minutes for a pizza. He said that there had been a mistake and the pizza would be ready in a minute. He did not apologized and when l asked if they would give us a discount to compensate for the trouble, he freaked out , was really rude to me and to my family, asked he if l expected him to go on his knees and apologize!!!! We left immediately afterwards, hungry, perplexed and wondering how on earth this awful place managed to ever get a single positive review. Never go back there. Walk 100 meters and you will enjoy a wonderful kebab instead.
