Forget all the other sweet shops!!! This one is brilliant...I received a 5 star service right from the point that I placed my order online to the actual delivery. I had to make changes to my delivery date and my request was accommodated and personalised to my requirements. 10 out of 10 for customer service. Honestly, they bent over backwards for me and the best thing was that their prices are the most competitive online. I received pictures and videos of what was being sent too. This place is real value for money. The recipients of the sweets were overwhelmed to receive such beautifully packaged gifts. They complimented the freshness of the sweets too. Honestly, Niralla on Leagrave Road in Luton is amazing and Shazia at Niralla is even more amazing!!! Thank you so much for your impeccable service.

First time customer, and had it not been lockdown I probably wouldn’t have ordered from here and gone to one of the more well known franchises- but I’m so glad I didn’t!! Five star customer service and amazingly delicious mithai- much better than the famous franchises!! Went above and beyond to help fulfil our requirements and ensure we had the order. Kept us informed every step of they way. Very rare to find such wonderful customer service and a product to match! Totally beyond my expectations. Thank you so much.

This place has THE best mithai. The range available and for the price too, is brilliant. Family run business always go the extra mile, providing great customer service & Niralla is no different. They meet every request. I have only tried their mithai and jalebis. Look forward to trying their roti, curries etc... In the heart of Bury Park so as with any shop in that area parking can be tricky. Been during Covid restrictions and the shop is following protocols to the letter which gives you confidence. Look forward to going soon! I never go anywhere else for mithai.
