I called Dean Forest Cycles to see if they had a bike I was looking for in stock and subsequently ordered online via the website. They gave great advice and answered all my questions over the phone. They were fantastic to deal with, provided good instructions and everything needed for setting the bike up, and arranged a super fast delivery to a completely different part of the country. If you are looking online for a new bike from their shop or website I would fully recommend! 10/10.

I had a Bacon and sausage roll and my mate had the same. The service was very good. We had coffee and chocolate drinks. It is a pleasure coming here for a snack on a cold morning. When I have a problem with my bike. The service is all ways good. That's why I keep coming back.
