Used this title company when we sold our home in July/August. I've called them multiple times for various small issues that have come up and they NEVER call me back. So unprofessional. I've called them multiple times without response. Would not recommend, use a different title co.

This review is solely from a customer service experience. PLEASE PUT SOMEONE who is more pleasant and approachable at your front desk. Good lord, as soon as we walk in, Courtney A. did not seem to like working there. She seemed unwilling to help nor has she portrayed a positive attitude in our 2 minutes encounter. Thankful for the other lady who came in to help us. That whole first time encounter ruined the whole experience working with this location.

It took a LONG time to get refinance through them. They called us 2X to ask what mortgage lender we were using. This was 3 weeks after we had initiated using them.Then they would not answer our calls. I had to physically drive to their office in Lynnwood to talk to anyone. They gave us no advance notice of setting up closing on required closing date. WE had requested using them due to low title fees in refinance. But it WAS NOT worth the few dollars saved!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
