Overall good experience. I was able to complete my new patient information packet on line. The wait in the waiting room was minimal and the staff was nice. Saw Dr. Dzul who explained my treatment in a way that was easy to understand.

Terrible receptionists-incredibly snippy and rude. Website lists insurances they don't even take anymore. Different Locations provide different information about what insurance they take.

I called to make an appointment because I’m in pain and have something going on with my salivary gland and was told that there aren’t any openings for people with my insurance (Aetna better health) and that there is a waiting list (180 people on the list) for people that have that insurance. I think it’s wrong and unethical to schedule and/or put people on waiting lists with certain insurances, especially if people are in pain. I will be reporting them to my insurance company.
