Manager M.P.Tourism Kolkata My family & 3 other families ( friends) booked a holiday package through you for Khajuraho, Bhedaghat, Pachmarhi & Kanha from 30/10 to 07/11/2015. We all are overwhelmed by the hospitality of M.P.Tourism staff in all the places. With your advice & planning everything turned out to be flawless at all the points. Our enthusiasm is out of bounds & we are again planning a trip to other areas of M.P. I will contact you in this matter very soon. However, there are very few areas where there is some room for improvement. 1. Kudos to the staff of Tourist village resort at Khajuraho. We arrived there at midnight due to delay by our train from Kolkata. But they were waiting for us with piping hot food even at midnight. Unparalleled hospitality. 2.. In Jabalpur hotel Marble Rocks, the promptness in restaurant service needs to be improved. The toilet area in this hotel is very cramped & causes discomfort. There is also no kettle in rooms for preparing tea at odd hours. 3. In Pachmarhi Nilambar cottages, there should be some sort of room service atleast for breakfast. The manning of service boys needs to be increased. Our vehicle driver & cleaner helped us in carrying the luggage to our rooms while check in & check out. However food preparation was the best. 4. In Kanha log huts, there was no provsion for making tea. Since the restaurant is at some distance, the tea ordered used to be little cold Specially bed tea. Moreover, it was a bit of a problem in communicating to our family members like aged parents & children since there was no mobile network. At least some P&T phones should be provided in rooms on chargeable basis for calls. These are the few things which I thought would help you in improving your services further. Congratulations to you & the entire M.P tourism team for making our vacation a memorable one. Regards. Surajit Dasgupta Kolkata --
