Very good Navarra’s style cuisine. Great product quality and respect for it... very well cooked and balanced. Fantastic attention to details from the staff. I’ll repeat no doubt.

Service was really good and they attended us well. Very good staff. The greeted us like family. However, very formal dinning area, looks like place for business dinner, lots of light and not comfy (decor needs some work). Food is overly healthy (good and bad) and missing some taste. We had artichokes, tomatoes and merluza . We’re not big fan. However the pepper and olives were good. A bit surprised by the average 4.5 ratings on google.

Excellent restaurant. The Food was simply exquisite and the service defies words. The owner was amazing... came to our table, gave excellent recommendations from the menu and actually ran out after us on the street to say thank you for coming. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Madrid

This was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. I would go so far as to say I’ve never been to a restaurant that was clearly better. For the quality, the price was very low compared to other capital cities. The food itself is based on ingredients of the highest quality, of known local provenance, cooked simply. The owners emphasize the connection to the agriculture and cuisine of Navarre region. The closest comparable restaurant I have dined at is the iconic and now sadly shut Da Silvano in New York (which followed an Italian style with a similar philosophy). The service was not just professional but truly hospitable, with the owner personally taking our order to bridge the language gap. As to the food itself - our amuse bouche was salted and oiled tomatoes that absolutely put other tomatoes to shame, and a small chorizo omelet. We ordered too many small plates (only 4) and the owner insisted on serving us half size portions. Our entrees were roasted suckling pig and grilled sea bream. Every part of each melted in the mouth. Dessert and coffee were also delicious.
