Fantastic service. You really cannot say how helpful the staff are until you need their knowledge. Very friendly as well. We went there with an issue with an old tank that we have and they advised upon a replacement light. It works brilliantly! 60 rather than a new tank and so easy to install. Very little effort for lots of gain.

I’ve been to the Wembley/ Neasden one before and they were good but this one by far had so much better service. Staff member named Jodie was extremely helpful and took her time advising me and looking after me from when I walked in till I left! She definitely went above and beyond and is a true asset to this company. Thant wait to go again!
Really lovely little shop, definitely stands out from the rest of the branches - cleaner, better presentation, and lovely staff. Always love to go to this shop. Was served by Caroline not too long ago and she was absolutely lovely, super helpful and perfect service. We’re so happy with our not so little sea urchin
Nice place to get some decent different types of fish and other aquatic animals for your home aquarium. They also have aquariums, various accessories and varieties of foods for your fish, including those when you go on holiday so your fish doesn’t die on hunger. NB: those fish aren’t for human consumption.
Compact Full range for all needs. So many fish choices I loved it.
