Lakeside cafe. Sunday lunch 4/10. Meat ok,bit over done, veg under done ,packet cheese sauce on cauliflower cheese, instant gravy.

A lovely little venue well looked after can understand the regulations of the place when you see the size of the waters so makes alot of sense. Had a chat with the owner when he was on his rounds great bloke nothing an issue if you asked him first and if it was he would give u a genuine reason. Fish in great condition and thought well. Only 1 down side is as it is a small venue and the pegs are close together on the island side if your doing an over night session as we did you can hear every little thing going on around you and unfortunately for us we picked the one weekend that all the noddys where out camping and larking about rather than fishing and showing some angling etiquette which by the way is no fault of the venue just the noddys. All in all a lovely place would recommend.

Great fishery. Very well maintained. Clean toilets. Fellow night fishers can be a bit noisy,but it doesn't detract from the fishing

A most beautiful setting, and totally safe. It is great for all the family. And the Carp, of nice sizes, just want to be caught!!!

Fantastic place to fish, been there 2 weekends on the trot with my 5 year old daughter and she loves it! (on the 2nd lake) back there this weekend to hopefully try and get on the 1st lake to catch some bigger carp or cats. Owner really friendly and cant rate this fishery enough
