After placing an order for next day delivery, paying, and receiving confirmation emails, I was called and told the items I wanted weren't in stock. After another empty promise regarding delivery 3 working days later, my order didn't arrive until the following week. VERY POOR SERVICE Update: Thank you for your response below, but let me be clear. I received emails from both you and Parcelforce (complete with tracking details) that my order was going to be delivered on Weds 2nd September. Only after this did you phone me. I did speak to a member of staff who said the items I'd ordered were out of stock, and I'd receive my order on Friday, which I didn't. I don't like being mislead or lied to, or the implication in your response that I'm somehow at fault.

I’ve been customer of this company for quite some years now and they employ very sharp practice on trying cancel the maintenance contact they sell with the franking machines. They effectively invoiced and took the 286 pounds by direct debit almost a month before it was due to be renewed. The same day they agreed verbally to cancel the contract with a months notice. Beware.
Been with mailcoms for many years. We moved from one of the larger well know brands as were weren't getting the support we needed such as overseas call centres and being bounced from pillar to post. Not with Mailcoms, they certainly do go the extra mile and we pay less overall for inks and labels. No regrets and would definitely recommend.
