Visited the Tesla Service Center in Malmö today. Both the service technicians and the front office staff are super friendly. They have a lot of precautions measures due to COVID-19. For example, the staff wears face masks and the demo car inside has been removed to protect their customers and avoid that the virus is spread in the store. I can really recommend this place even if it of course was funnier to visits when there was a demo car inside!

The experience was as exciting just like flying an airplane! I took my son on his birthday for a test drive and the staff were so friendly and sweet. He even got a souvenir with him. The car is absolutely amazing and worth it! Thank you Tesla staff for everything.
Always very nice and friendly staff. They make the effort of checking my details when I have my appointment, so they can always greet me with my name. As if I’m a friend they haven’t seen in a while. They always do whatever they can to help, and often a little extra too. And there’s Excellent coffee!
A small car dealer selling what's probably the best electric cars anywhere. The personnel is friendly and will gladly explain the cars for you. The cars themselves are neat and well worth a test drive.

It could be better, but its good. Friendly staff, very clean surroundings, easy to access areas around the place. Comfortable waiting lounge if you have to drop your car for a quick fix or if you may need to work during the wait you have a coffee machine and decent speed Wi-Fi.
Amazing place, very communicative manages, they will explain you all points with details. Wish you all best in 2020!!!
