Charged 65 for a Saturday small car trailer rental, asked us to bring the trailer back by 6pm as he was going out for the evening, to which we said fair enough, then texts us at 4pm to say he’s going out early (5.30pm) and if we can’t make it back in time (we would have been there at 5.50pm according to the sat nav) bring it back Sunday morning. Then has the cheek to charge us an extra 20!!!! When he’s made us bring it back Sunday! I stayed polite when I called to question the extra charge (friend dropped the trailer off) and was told to F@“k off and can’t rent a trailer again.. wonderful service and way to deal with a complaint
