I had a new back door, double glazed window and cladding done from Droylsden Glass. From the first home appointment to survey and installation it was all very professiona andl efficient. Great value for the work that was done, I will be using this firm again for my works projects at home. Great job and thanks!

Having had the widows and a door at the front of my property replaced, I wouldn't believe their marketing and would recommend that you choose an alternative company. When the windows were fitted, Droylsden Glass arranged for scaffolding to be erected to fit some of the windows - this was not present when the window fitters arrived and they had to call me to see what was going on - leaving me to investigate. The scaffolding was also not present when Droylsden Glass were due to complete rendering above a window - the guy had to return the following day, when the scaffolding had finally been erected. When the front door was fitted there was a crack in the glass pane and this had to be replaced. There was an issue with inconsistent colour on a grey door. This was reported on 16/10/20 but not rectified until 10/12/20. I will not be using this company to do the windows at the back of the house after this comedy or errors and an inability to communicate with both the customer or the window fitters (who had expected scaffolding to be present). My advice, don't believe the company's own advertising and shop around.
Had a quote today for a new door and window was impressed with Adam White, he was friendly and informative and was happy to discuss the various options. I am more than happy to proceed and found the price suitable for what I want. If the fitters and product is of the same excellent standard I will be more than happy with my choice. Since this initial review the window and door have been fitted and the fitter was excellent and was nice & friendly, I am more than happy with the work.

Right from the start Adam was extremely polite and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for him, despite us changing our designs numerous times!! There was no pressure at all to push the sale, and went out of his way to give us a excellent price. We would definitely recommend Adam 101%.
