High quality but expensive

Response to the owner's response: i fully understand that most (if not all) of your products are commercial grade. I didn't insist that Caribbean brand is made in Japan and I am not really that fixated in getting that brand but as I explained I purchased 2 units of 10L commercial (not household) rice cookers from previous WOFEX and quite familiar with their quality. The reason for the one star rating is when you lectured me that only Asian countries manufacture rice cooker as \only Asians eat rice\ and they would not probably name their brand \Caribbean\ as it is too western and you seem to be quite confident on your remarks. Did a quick search & found out that there are a lot of rice cookers which are not Asian brand: Hamilton Beach, Sun Beam, Aroma, etc.. Also, I heard you say aghahanap ng mura!!!\ which is not fully true or even if it's true I feel not proper to be heard by potential customer. Edit: i am certainly sure those were the exact words (in quotation marks) spoken by your \boss\ so don't make it appear that i'm making stories here
