The whole complex is an absolute disgrace. Third world facilities. Will only take a little time before there is a death from the horrific parking, no footpaths, narrow road access. Mandurah council is an absolute joke. Waste money on repeating foreshore upgrades, upgrades on adequate council facilities, repeating roundabouts many times besides shelling out on private seawall not connected to the city. THE public facilities to improve the health and fitness don't matter. Out of sight out of mind Just let kids die is the motto.
