My salesperson (Greg Zappley) made the experience pleasurable (imagine that!). He was friendly, informative, and extremely flexible with respect to our need to take the test drive and evaluate our purchase options. I did have a good idea what I was looking for in my next vehicle, and Greg made that happen. We drove away with our new vehicle the very same day we visited, and I wasn't expecting that. The finance manager (Carl) was equally as helpful and engaging. Well done, Holman!
Sal Derose exceeded every expectation and should be the salesman everyone strives to be at Holman. He was friendly, kind, caring and sincere. I felt like he went above and beyond. Answered all of questions to the time to explain everything, completely transparent. Thank you for making this a wonderful experience for both me and my wife.
I love my new (used) car! This was by far the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience ever. Chris Long was very helpful throughout the entire process. The dealership was very clean and less chaotic that most dealerships I've been to and the staff was very friendly. Everything seemed to be well organized and ran very smoothly. I would definitely return in the future when we need to purchase another vehicle. UPDATE 8/3/18: I originally gave a 5 star review I still love my new car but I'm now changing my review to 3 stars and I would not suggest buying from here if you are from out of state. I bought my car at the end of May, they gave me a 20 day temp tag and I was told everything would be taken care of. I was transferring the tag from my old car to the new car in Delaware. I've had to run to the DMV 3 times trying to get this all straightened out and I then had to pay for a 90 day Delaware temp tag in the meantime. The people at the dealership don't seem to know what they are doing with an out of state customer. I just got the call today that they finally have my registration and they are sending it to me. I don't understand why its taken over 2 months.
Mario made this process seamless. Accommodations in scheduling an appointment were great via Kaitlin. Carl in finance was also exceptional. Greg also made the process possible with his work with my trade in. The staff I interacted with at Holman were great. I need to mention Mario again, though, due to his exceptional customer service, relatability, knowledge of the product, and ease of working with during this sometimes stressful process. With all of the options available now to buy a car, especially by means of drop off and minimal interaction with salesmen in person, Mario was the exception and an insightful reminder that the car buying process does not have to be difficult and can still be easily done the \old-fashioned\ way.
