Purchased a custom dinette set here and we are very happy with our purchase. We couldn’t find what we wanted in other stores but found a kitchen table and chairs here we could customize to our liking. Delivery was very professional and no trash left behind . Would recommend

We dropped off a bar stool that had a broken back rest. The owner took a look, and said he'd be happy to repair it. Three hours later he called saying it was ready for pick-up! No complaints about the service, friendliness of the owner or price! Viking Casual Furniture is a fantastic example of how a local business is supposed to be run!!

We recently had our Winston chairs and chaise lounges reupholstered. Our set is over 14 years old and it looks brand new. We have been customers of Viking Furniture for over 25 years. This family owned business has never let us done, from when I use to deal with Rose and now her son Stuart . They moved from Cherry Hill to Maple Shade and it is worth the trip. Our sales person Stephen was awesome as well ,Keep up the wonderful customer service.

We took our umbrella to Viking to have it restrung after a storm. After receiving our umbrella we noticed that there was a huge hole in it that was NOT there when we gave it to them! We know that the umbrella is old but they could have told us beforehand and offer us a solution. Instead they just took our 300 and sent us on our way.

Wow! Received a combative call regarding my damaged umbrella post from Viking on a Sunday afternoon. I felt that we should have been told in the beginning that there was a chance of the umbrella being damaged during repair. Or when we picked up epaired\ umbrella, we should have been advised that there was a gaping hole the size of a grapefruit at the top. I told him my reasons for post and further stated that we should be refunded our money. He stated that 100.00 refund was offered to my husband when he picked up umbrella. That didn't happen ( receipt does not reflect that) He accused me of blackmailing him. Really? How is requesting a refund for damaged goods an attempt to blackmail? Furthermore, I was asked not to come back to his store. I'm going to lose sleep over that one. I thought customer satisfaction was paramount.
