They gave us a great experience. Our server, Roberto, was very friendly took care of us and made sure everything is good. Their churrasco was delicious and cooked just how we liked it. They're also following social distancing and made sure each table is distanced. We loved our experience and made it more special with our server. We'll definitely return again!

I absolutely love coming here and always stop by when I'm in the area. The food is amazing and the service is excellent. I would like to especially compliment two servers; Daniel and Andres for always doing a great job. They are always friendly, attentive, and provide a quick service. I would definitely recommend this place
It’s a very nice restaurant and traditional food they are serving. The amount on the plate is more than expected. You got to try their deserts as well. The outdoor serving area has enough space to keep parties in safe distance. The tables and chairs are sturdy. Recommended!
We love el Balcon de las Americas they have the best Colombian food, and to make it better Roberto’s service was outstanding. Very attentive, very friendly and extremely polite. He made the experience a pleasant one. We live close to one of the other locations, but Roberto made the experience so great that we will come back just to enjoy his service. Thank you!
Roberto was really nice, he recommended the best dishes and made for us an incredible milanesa a la napolitana. We really recommend this place! The best service and meals!
