I had to get a procedure done and verified multiple times with them that the entire procedure was covered by my insurance. They reassured me multiple times. A month later and now I have a bill with them. I called to ask why and they kept referring me to my insurance. Even though before the procedure took place they contacted my insurance twice and told me that I would not have a bill from them. If I would’ve known this then I would not have had the procedure done at this facility.

Unorganized staff lacking professionalism and courtesy. One issue after another. Bigger clinics do not mean better and from our experience at IVF Florida that has certainly been true. We should have checked reviews as the ones regarding the poor quality staff has thus far been accurate in our time with them.

So I called at 3:06pm on 12/10/2020 And the lady that answered my call laugh When i asked her what is IVF she was so disrespectful I called to do a Essure Reversal And she mentioned the IVF and that’s why I asked because I’ve never heard about it before But if this is the way she answers no thank you I would never go here
