Messed up my order, one of my employees did me the favor of bringing us lunch. They failed to include the most expensive item. How did they respond, when she called? Come a get the roll if you want or in 30 days come in. I did not go myself because I was feeling down due to a loss, but this reminds me that you cannot (even though as customer we should not have to check- i know i have 30 doctors as clients) trust everything is correct.

This place used to be great on service, the food and the cooks or chefs are good but the service isn't the best as it takes them forever to bring you a drink from the bar. Especially some Hot Sake, they used to know what they were doing but the last 2 times I went these guys have totally dropped the ball on that. They bring it cold, the dang miso soup is hotter. And I ask for them to reheat it and they do so by either microwaving it or by putting it on the stove. They then bring back the bottle and its now half filled because half of it evaporated. I'm not coming back til they basically hire a real bartender or some staff that knows how to heat Sake. Its total bs considering they have done hot Sake right before so idk what their main malfunction is?!

I’m giving a 1 star- food tasted old and nasty. But Manager( I forgot to ask her name) she was really nice and fixed our issues right away! I’ll give her a 5 star for great customer service and making sure our dinner was correct. I think they had new sushi people our Tuna was old and smelled. My family and I will come back just because she was nice and Didn’t hesitate to change our food. . This is what I call customer service people! Don’t think about the business think about us as customers. I definitely recommend this Restaurant, FYI don’t get scared they take your temperature at the entrance and store looks safe and clean with employees using face mask and gloves ! Thanks Kumori will be back soon .

Hands down my Favorite Sushi. The food is always fresh. Mouth watering dishes with unique Valley flavors that appeal to those people who enjoy eating spicy.
