Friendly staff. They are knowledgeable and really helpful. They have good prices on the equipment. I see the other bad reviews and its just of bunch of people that they can not wait to get the paperwork needed for their insurances they think just because they have insurance everything is covered and the items can be handed to them. But we live in a world were people are so ignorant they really need to get better educated.
