I am not sure where all these negative comments come from. Dr Hemerly is one of the best Physicians I have ever seen. He takes his time and makes sure to meet your needs. He always has plenty of time for his patients. He has never rushed out of the room. My family and I love the location of the facility and how easy it is for us to get there. I can only recommend this facility. The front office staff is amazing as well. Always friendly and smiling.

A few months ago I made two appointments for both of my daughters. They were scheduled for December. Today, a month before the first appointment I called to confirm their appointments. I was told that the doctor that they had the appointments scheduled with, does not work there anymore and the appointments were cancelled. I never got a letter or a call letting me know of the situation, neither offering me other options. This situation is unacceptable! I was told the next available appointments were at the end of March next year. Are you kidding me? First, I waited four month for these appointments and now they tell me to wait three more months? I spoke to the supervisor and she did not provide any help. Instead, she told me to call the other Penn State practices to see if they would receive new patients. This should be her job, to call other offices to see who can see my daughters in a timely manner... For sure, this is NOT the service I expected from Penn State and I do not know why she has that position. NO, I would NOT recommend this office. I am moving to Camp Hill, much better service!

I live 45 minutes away, but Dr Henderson is the only Dr that has ever listened to me. I was devastated when he left Chambersburg. I tried to find another Dr, but it never worked out. I was always rushed out. Dr Henderson takes his time to get to know his patients. ThThee nurses The rest of the staff is great as well.

Had my first appointment this month and was very impressed. The office is very open, modern, and clean. Front desk staff, Dr. Slinkard, and her nurse were all quite thorough, personable, and pleasant. Very happy with how my questions, blood work, and prescriptions were handled!

Discriminated against my mother who was waiting 3 months for an appointment. They claimed that she missed her appointment and had sent her a reminder. She never received a reminder on her phone. No call or text from them. She was desperately waiting to see a doctor. We are extremely upset, a facility like this needs to he closed, especially if they discriminating against patients.
