I am from Maryland and had purchased a new Ram truck for a trip I had to make to Minnesota. The truck was 1 week old. Shortly into my trip home I pulled off to check the trailer I was pulling home when I found a significant hole in one of my coolant lines. Roadside assistance was \overwhelmed\ and unable to respond. I reached out to the service department here. The guys here (Scott and Rob) saved the day for me. Helped me get to their shop and back on the road very quickly. I cannot express my thanks enough. Bought my awesome Equinox here! Michael West is a great salesman, made sure to offer other vehicles in case we weren't sure, called to see if we needed anything! He even checked in few days after to make sure we weren't having any issues. Said I could come by anytime if we needed anything or couldn't figure out how something works. All the staff was awesome! Don’t buy a vehicle here. All they want to do is make a buck at your expense.No ethics at all. They live up to the “car salesman “ name. There are plenty of other dealers in the area that are ethical-go to one of them. Drive a little farther and go to Gilberts in Sand Creek, they are worth the drive and will look out for your best interest.

We received absolute exceptional service from Brad, no cheesy salesman tactics, or over promising and under delivering. Brad was almost as excited as we were for our new vehicle, and that showed through his deep passion for helping his customers. Brad was available to us at all hours of the day and even on his day off. I promise you will not feel pressured at all by this GREAT Salesman, he will listen to your needs and recommend the best solution he can offer.
