Ride Hard Scooters

Can't say enough about Advanti scooter and Powersports. I purchased a 1500cc side-by-side with four seats. This thing is a beast! Looks great, handles incredibly, and plenty of power for off-road or street use. Guaranteed every time I take it out I get stopped at least once by somebody asking me what brand it is and how much they love it. At roughly half the cost of its competitors for similar products it's a win-win. Dennis was fantastic and was very responsive to my communications and in store visits. Their shop did an incredible job of installing some components and Are very easy to work with (shout out to Skyler). Stop in and take a look, you won't be disappointed.

On November 20th my husband and I traveled from Northern AZ to Advanti to purchase a quad for our grandson. Our granddaughter's father had already purchased her one the week before. Unfortunately this was one of the worst experiences we have had with a business. We live 3 hours away and the next available time for us to return for service was December 19. My husband was treated very badly. Our grandchildren were accused of mistreating the quads. I don't know about you, but I expect a quad to be able to handle outdoor riding. Do you all ride your quads on the highway? Shouldn't they get dirty? If the products can't handle the dirt, maybe you should inform a customer that the products you sell are substandard! After not hearing from Advanti we returned to Mesa on February 13 to pick up the quads and bring them home. My husband (Mel West) wrote a review; their rebuttal lied about everything! Tires bald within one month?! They never offered us anything. Do you think we would have turned down an offer when we are 3 hours away and we hauled them there for the purpose of getting serviced? We should have taken the reviews where others talked about how rude and dishonest the owner is to heart. Do yourself a big favor and go someplace else.

I shopped around all day visiting several power sports stores all the way from Avondale to cave creek. If you are in the market for an affordable atv you will not find a better place based on price and selection. I do see why they don’t negotiate when you have the best product and marked price I guess you don’t need to. I also compared with online retailers and considering shipping and assembly waiting Advanti was the best choice. They also have 3 months additional on their warranty. It’s not name brand but if you look up the product they actually have really good manufacturer reviews. I don’t think there is a better place to buy from for this market. I also read some of the other not so positive reviews but as a business owner myself I think that some of these are posted by their competitors, because when you compare in the same market Advanti just has better prices and selection.

My husband and I purchased a dirt bike this weekend. We were so impressed with Advanti! Dealt directly with the owner and he was knowledgeable and someone who isn't out to just make money. We came in to look and ask questions first and he took his time to talk to us and answer all questions we had. I read some of the reviews, and can tell you that their prices are as advertised BUT you have to expect taxes and set up fees. Why would they not charge tax? Come on people! The owner and the mechanic went over everything and were so thorough with directions. Read the warranty, do what they tell you and they will take care of you! We look forward to bringing our bike back for service. Thanks for an awesome experience with our first dirt bike buy!
