EVDI, I had a good experience here. As much as one can when having a procedure. The staff was very kind and professional. The only thing that I would change would be meeting the doctors before I was placed in position for the procedure. It was a bit uncomfortable. I understand that it was done that way for efficiency, which I appreciate, but still.. it would have been better to meet them with clothes on. Perhaps when the procedure was explained by the nurse. Then go get in place.

I had the absolute best experience with both my Radiologist and his assistant. I've never experienced such amazing bedside manner by both the doctor and his nurse. I came over from SMI due to many unpleasant experiences after finding out I would need biopsies and I feel by the grace of God, I found the most caring and capable hands I could be in! The staff is super friendly but still professional. They’re very helpful and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. I didn’t have to wait long in the waiting room and I appreciated the quiet hallways and changing area. It almost felt spa-like. Almost!
