So frustrated to see marcy wharton today because of the pain on my left leg.She just gave me referral for x ray but didn't even say a word what might be causing the pain neither about my other issue I mentioned to her. Bad decision to see a doctor in this time of pandemic. I will never see her again.

Great doctors but when I was given a specialist referral they gave me a specialist that didn't take my insurance and when i called them back they gave me another specialist that didn't take it either. It wasn't until the front desk of that second specialist gave me a name of a 3rd specialist that I could see. So that was kinda silly.

They never answer the phone and they never call patients back. If you call back several times and someone finally answers the phone, just know that you will be put on hold for a lengthy amount of time and then you will be transferred to someone’s voicemail. Don’t expect a call back. The medical staff seems to really care about patients, if you can ever get an appointment scheduled. I was only able to secure an appointment once.

My mother and I have been going here for several years. Marcee Wharton and her staff are wonderful. She has always been patient understanding and empathetic. She goes the extra mile to make sure you are well mentally and physically. I trust them! The office staff are always busy and the phone system was wonky for a while but medical staff has always been consistent.

ANDREWS & his NP MICHELE DAVIS continue to give us. They've seen our family of 5 through many hard times. They are compassionate, professional, knowledgeable and capable of managing my husband's complicated medical condition. Their staff are equally kind, efficient and attentive.
