I want you to know how much I appreciate the excellent service provided by the Brickell Buick GMC. This Past Friday I arrive Brickell Buick GMC looking for a new car . I was assisted by El Musico and his son Harvey. They bring attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ready smile made the experience even better than I expected. They helped me identify the right car model for me. After some complications, because my lease did not end when I believed, even so, the sales team made it easy and enjoyable to resolve the lease . Service rep was excellent. Great communication and kept me informed. Car was turned around timely. The services provided in the shop were not so great. I paid for the premium service package that included balance and rotate of my tires. My tires came back with 5 - 6 PSI lower than it should. When I dropped off vehicle the PSI was perfect. Not sure why it got worse after service. My spare tire was at 15 PSI. It brings into question whether all the services I requested were performed. When they cant get the basic tires done right, what does that mean for the more complex service items. I also requested my battery to be replaced. They did not honor the warranty for the battery even though it was already replaced previously. In addition, the cost of the battery was double that which I would pay if I bought directly from parts store. They also replaced it with a lower quality versus the premium that was in the vehicle.
