I went to celebrate my birthday with my family. The food was fine but the service was absolutely awful. Our waiter AND the manager insisted we would have a great night to celebrate but we barely even saw our waiter. He was constantly distracted and forgot to bring us things that we ordered. I waited about 30 minutes for a cocktail when finally another server heard me call him over and brought me the drink right away. 20 minutes after that the waiter brought over the martini and yes, we got charged for both. We had mentioned at the beginning to the manager AND the waiter that we would order some food before leaving to take away for my sibling who was studying and couldn't come out but every time we called the waiter over he would say \be right back\ and would vanish for yet ANOTHER 30 minutes. By the time we actually got his attention to order the take-away he said the food would take 1 hour which was frustrating to us because we had been trying to order ALL NIGHT. We finally asked for the bill and after waiting 20 minutes I got up and asked the manager for it directly. I spoke to the manager and told him about the whole experience and how disappointed we were because we heard amazing things. We didn't even get a decent apology and, frankly, they ruined my birthday evening. I work in the food industry and the way this evening went was absolutely unacceptable (except for that one nice waiter Angelo) . Feel free to email me to discuss the above. Cheers. 10/10 will not return... DEFINITELY not for my next birthday.

The food was good, but the service was too slow, they have maybe one waiter for the patio zone (which was really nice) but it wasn’t enough for all the tables on the outside, we had to wait too long for the sushi boat. Prices are reasonable.

The service needs some improvement we waited like 20 min before even being address. Drinks took another 15 min to get us. And our food took forever to come but the food was A1 very good I must say. I will be going back just to see if they do better with service.

Great service, great menu and drinks. Only thing was that I didn't see much social distancing between some tables. Some tables have the barriers between them, but some booths do not, probably should not seat people so close to each other in those.

Usually have Yakatori. Now only after 5pm- Wanted Lamb Chops. Jason was bartender/server- he was clean, courteous, made good (Lemonade Liquor) Drinks, followed rules (cannot leave with liquor drink ), and held an actual conversation. Been coming here for years- like 16. Love the atmosphere, cleanliness, prices, portions, and kindness. Food is Awesome! I drive 40 minutes to eat here! Edamame, Lobster, Lamb Chops, Sushi, Fried Rice- Perfection! Recommend to anyone willing to take the drive- its worth it! My FAVORITE Restaurant!
