I must say that I have never used this dealer for service or buying a bike because the brand of my motorcycle is different from the ones they work with. However, I am in the process of buying a Yamaha and I called to the service department and I was helped by Mike. He is the reason of this review, this man has the right actitud to be in this department, he showed me a very respectful and polite way to treat a customer when I was honestly wondering about valuable information for a Y.E.S. (Yamaha Extended Service). Definitely looking forward to take my new bike to this place based on this experience. Thank you Mike for your help and dedication.

So happy with our new purchase! You must go see Thomas B in sales!!! Great in following up, giving updates, and making sure you get everything you need and want. Love the attention, focus, and drive he had towards our purchase. We didn't feel like a customer, we felt like clients because we are definitely returning. They promised our boat on a Tuesday and it was delivered on a Tuesday. This store does not disappoint. From Sales to Service this is a must stop for any Watersport or ATV enthusiast!

Let me start by saying Riva in Miami is the only place I bring my motorcycle. My motorcycle was not running right, and it had a gas leak. They came to my house and loaded it up on their trailer. Eric in the service department figured out the problem in no time. He gave me a breakdown of what was needed to get it running like new. I thought the prices good, so I went ahead and had them fix it. Let me tell you, my motorcycle runs like new. The service department there is awesome. They always do a great job at a great price. Thanks again Eric.
