Great as always in a difficult time. Took my dog for his injection but he was very stressed so they came to get me to put him at ease. Been with them nearly 8 years. Always great service.
All staff are extremely pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. The environment is calming for the animals and doesn’t feel too clinical, the and nurses are able to explain clearly what they are doing and why and are happy to answer questions.
Took my kitten to get spayed. Detailed information given after picking her up. Follow up appointment made to ensure wound is healing properly. Next day they rang to ask how she is.
