Shout out to sales rep Autumn for her kindness, understanding and wisdom in helping a new puppy parent navigate through the store. The selection can be overwhelming but in a good way with the range of choices, so people like Autumn is a bonus!
I got an email at 8:57am saying my order was ready for pick up 7 hours later I get to the store, try to call the store so they could bring it out to my car and they never answered the phone! I had to end up going inside the store and ask about picking up my order and they tell me my order isn’t ready to go outside and wait in my car they’ll bring it out to me! 45 min passes and they still haven’t brought it out so I call again! They say to me it’s still not ready I’m going to have to wait! 15-20 min later they finally bring it out to me! Absolutely unacceptable!!! Pathetic service!! Don’t email me saying “come fetch my order” if you haven’t even taken the time to get it ready and on top of that you had 7 hours after the email was sent to me!!!
The employee stayed calm when I was getting frustrated. I appreciated that. I should have been calmer myself. I got my guinea pigs from here and love them!
