I love these ladies! They are so friendly and easy to work with. You can bring them in a design and they will bring it to life for you. I have had them monogram everything from t-shirts (of course!) to umbrellas, jackets, key tags, boots, and purses! Everytime I go into the store they have new and exciting items to buy. They do not pay attention when taking orders. Sent my brother in law to place an order for a Christmas present and they did not write down the order so it was done incorrectly. they CLAIMED to call someone to verify but the only calls received were back to back calls that it was ready. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS!!!!
