When I ask for questions they always have an answer so far all my appointments have been easy and quick and making them is even easier they also are super nice and try to make me feel as comfortable as they can

Scheduled an important appointment and when I showed up they said they had no appointment for me today or any other day. They weren't friendly about it either and treated me like i was lying. Maybe get people who know what they are doing.

Horrible!!!! I have been here about 3-4 times and never have a good experience. My last appointment was supposed to be back in June and they literally called me 1 minute before they closed to tell me there would be no one at that location even know I had an appt scheduled 3 months prior. I had to go all the way to Bellingham and that was not a good experience either. Mount Vernon never had me fill out, initial or sign anything for my bc. Bellingham did. They don't know what they are doing. I will not ever go back.
