No one pays attention to you. They talk very rudely and every time you call them; they give different numbers to call and each of them put in hold and cancel the call without providing any help or service. Such a poor customer service of Scotiabank in Mumbai nariman point. I will soon change my account to some other bank who give respect to it's customer. Kindly don't entertain such banks. Mumbai Scotiabank nariman point fails to deliver customer service and it's rude behavior might impact the brand of Scotiabank. Disappointed

Seriously don't know from where to start, but Students must stay away from them, I will prefer ICICI Bank to open GIC account!. Secondly, I urge google to introduce zero star option too!!!

Rude behavior from the representative. They are not like the representatives in Canada who are polite and listen to what we want to say. I am not satisfied with this experience.

I called the bank for an enquiry and the moment i started speaking they cut my call. If you are not even willing to answer the calls, why the hell do you add a phone number. Such an attitude towards customers. Whats the use of having a bank out there. How come did the bank receive 3.7 rating. You are a piece of waste ._.. you dont deserve even a single star
