Submitted car at 9 in the morning, got it back at 13. Make sure to check and test all your switches. For me, my lights were turned off, and luckily I got to know before driving it off. Overall, it was good service.

Had to deal a lot with them. Terrible customer service, as well as a very basic technical knowledge about the Nissan technology (considering it's supposed to be a Nissan official and trusted dealer). I had to drive there like 5 times for the same issue, leave the car for 2 days, and yet the issue was only resolved within months. I would definitely recommend to look for another dealer, even if it is not an official Nissan dealer.

I went to Autohaus Mukra 2 times. They are really professional and do the work properly on time and most of the time you do not have to wait. The service charges are little bit higher and it would be extremely costly if you have to pay by yourself.

I went to a lot of dealers around Munich when shopping for both a used/second hand car and most were either incompetent or just lazy about their jobs. Mukra was great, got offered coffee/tea etc when walking in and the service was really friendly and personal. They went out of their way to give me a superb service and followed up afterwards to make sure that everything went ok which a lot of other places didn't do.
