I worked with Gene about a week ago. I wasn’t even planning on buying a car, let alone a brand new one. I was looking at a certified vehicle on the lot when I started talking with Gene. He let me test the vehicle of course asked the typically sales questions after. I told him I liked the vehicle but I simply couldn’t afford it. Gene and I continued to talk inside and he was able to get me into a brand new vehicle, same as the one I test drove for 7,000 cheaper than the used one! I couldn’t believe it. But the way Gene took the time to work with me truly made me a Woody GMC customer for life.
Brought my GMC Sierra in for 15,000 mile service. Service was complete in a timely manner and found no issues. The customer waiting room was very nice with complimentary drinks and snacks. Also left there with a nicely cleaned vehicle.
