This was our first Maserati purchase and it went smooth after some negotiating. Would have preferred not so much haggling since you want to build strong customer relationship going forward. Lets see what happens as we go further. Might ten readjust to 4-5 stars. Nick our salesman did extend himself and has been in touch post buy to see what he can do . Love the car Gran Lusso Ghibli .

I wasn't even in Naples. My friend started my car and noticed a problem. I said bring it right into to Maserati and they will take car of it. They drove him home after he dropped the car off and had my car waiting for me when I returned 3 days later. It doesn't get much easier or better than this !!!
