This pier is downright the worst I have ever been on! The gate guards have this superiority complex. I was assumed as a non-American because of how I looked. He didn't believe I have a security clearance. Always so busy! Cranes get in your way. People walk on the middle of the pier like they own it and have no courtesy in letting your vehicle get by. One time, my pier pass was almost faded to a white color from the sun, the gate guard didn't accept it because the color of that month is cream. So he didn't let me on. Turns out he was just colorblind. How could a MA be colorblind???? Please Pier 10 people, make it a five star worthy!!!!!
